Responsibilities:

• Prepare concepts and scripts.
• Research and develop story ideas and prepare final story proposals for approval.
• Develop production plan and schedule for assigned projects.
• Apply visual storytelling skills.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and schematics based on project objectives.
• Monitor and manage for project activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate, Identify and assign work to Videographers, Graphic Designers, and other production staffs.
• Ensure that project meets milestones, budgetary constraints and editorial standards.
• Analyze resource requirements and equipment needs for production.
• Obtain approvals at every project phase for smooth and continuous production operations.
• Stay updated with latest media technique, web trends and production technologies

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Visual Basic, writting, communication
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Entertainment/Performing Arts or equivalent.
• Have experience in digital industry, broadcast and or media content for at least 3-5 years is a plus
• Interested in economics and business are prioritized
• Understand about multimedia products and workflows
• Have well ability to write a script.
• Have a Visual basic skills is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
• Good Communication
• Ready to become a journalist with integrity and independence.
