Detail Pekerjaan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Receiving, prioritizing and completing requests for IT assistance for staff and clients.
  2. Installation, maintenance and provide daily support for both hardware & software.
  3. Researching & implementation of new processes, technologies, etc.
  4. Monitor and maintain computer systems.
  5. Make an IT stock inventory report.
  6. Follow written diagrams and instructions to correct errors or create a system.
  7. Providing IT goods if needed.
  8. Document and records the problems that occur in IT Support for future reference.
  9. Providing data / information needed for making regular department reports.
  10. Report warranty claim to vendors or suppliers if needed.

  1. Age maximum 30 years old.
  2. Minimum Senior High School Computer and Networks.
  3. Proactive and innovative.
  4. Dare to face challenges.
