Detail Pekerjaan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Mentor and coach a team of designers to be able to deliver the best design implementations
  2. Help define and develop product design roadmap, goals, and vision for DOKU
  3. Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering lead to represent the Design Team, lead design initiatives, and provide feedback in product planning
  4. Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the proper designs are implemented into production
  5. Help improve and develop an appropriate workflow for the Design Team
  6. Help strengthen the research process to ensure it translated into actionable insights and convince the stakeholders
  7. Create neat design documentation and help establish processes to ensure seamless collaboration
  8. Able to speak up and communicate substantially to his team, leader or management

Syarat / Kualifikasi :

  1. Bachelor Degree in Technology, Computer Science or related fields
  2. Have experience in the payment industry
  3. Strong understanding of Human Psychology and Behaviour
  4. Experience using frameworks or tools such as Angular & Node.js
  5. Experience in front-end development languages and able to implement the design to code (HTML, CSS & Javascript) 
  6. Minimum 3 years of direct experience in product design
  7. Experience in leading and managing a Design Team
  8. Online portfolio with a range of interactive samples
  9. Good knowledge in design fundamentals, such as design thinking frameworks, and able to take on a structured approach in solving problems
  10. Experience in conducting user research through various methods and have abilities to translate research findings into tangible and actionable results
  11. Strong knowledge in User Interface and User Experience Design for the web, mobile, or touch devices
  12. Understand responsive design
  13. Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Products (Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator), Marvel, Zeplin, or other design tools
  14. Ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders with inVision, Principle, or Framer tools
  15. Always update to the latest design trends and tools
  16. Working knowledge of common mobile and front-end web development
  17. Excellent organizational, project management, and collaboration skills to manage a wide range of stakeholders
