Responsibilities:

• Develop test planning & strategy based on project requirements and schedule
• Conduct tests with appropriate techniques and document testing failures
• Analyze defects and identify the root cause
• Provide comprehensive reports to software developers

Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of IT Quality Assurance testing applications, methods, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Flexibility in learning new products and technologies as well as the versatility to move across platforms and/or applications as needed.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as a group.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Consistently identifies, communicates, and implements improvement opportunities.
