Detail Pekerjaan

Job Description :

  1. Conducting demos and presentations to prospective merchants from dRetail POS
  2. Responsible for branch operations from dRetail
  3. Build and maintain good relations with existing merchants in the Branch
  4. Improve the performance of the sales team at the Branch, including providing regular coaching and mentoring
  5. Identify opportunities to increase sales either through cross-selling / up-selling dRetail products
  6. Translate consumer behavior, market insights, field situation and market trends to Headquarters to refine overall regional strategy
  7. Report directly to Head Office
  8. Build a team! Create a hiring plan and engage in talent acquisition
  9. Minimum Qualifications :

 

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of supervision experience in Sales Department
  • You have a good level of analytical and organisational skills
  • Must be able to create and present professional presentation and business proposals
  • Sales Minded, always looking for opportunities to make money and to grow a business
  • You work well under pressure
  • You enjoy a faster-than-average pace
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Communicative, can work in a team, and likes to work in the field
  • Preferably experienced in the field of online cashier sales / Point Of Sales
  • Have experience or networking in the food and beverage business.
  • Have networking restaurants, cafes, clothing stores, mini markets
