Job Description:

- Design, create, test and implement complex models and algorithms that drive analytical solutions throughout the organization
- Lead analytic approaches, integrating work into applications and tools with data engineers, business leads, analysts and developers
- Conduct advanced statistical and other analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance.
- Collaborate with translators and understands business problems to implement scalable and sustainable solutions
- Support translators in communicating the design, functioning and output of the analytical models/solutions developed
- Identify and develop long-term processes, frameworks, tools, methods and standards with broader enterprise community
- Ensure timely analysis and testing for regular maintenance of solutions over time.

Requirement:

- MS/PhD(Computer Science or Electronics), or MS in Computer Applications, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics or related technical discipline
- 2-3 years’ experience in a statistical and/or data science / business intelligence role
- Must have proficiency with Machine Learning to solve clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, simulation and optimization problems on large scale data sets
- Must have Python or R proficiency working with DataFrames
- Must have proficiency writing complex SQL queries
- Experience of working with large data sets, simulation/ optimization and distributed computing tools (Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with supporting deployment, monitoring, maintenance and enhancement of models desired
