Job Specification

  • Hold a bachelor's degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunication with a minimum IPK of 3.0, a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or System Information Audit is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in a security operations center, a fresh graduate is open to apply.
  • Passionate to learn, hardworking, and a good team player.
  • Passionate about the Information Security field.
  • Willing to work with a shifting mechanism.
  • Having basic knowledge of an Operating System (Windows/UNIX)
  • Having basic knowledge of Networking protocols and implementation (TCP/IP, OSI Layer, Routing)
  • Having basic knowledge of Information Security
  • Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills.
  • Having either one of the associate-level cybersecurity certifications is a plus

Job Descriptions:

  • Monitor, analyze, escalate, and respond to cybersecurity events and/or incidents.
  • Follow an established process for the purposes or collecting relevant data and performing the necessary level of analysis on that data.
  • Acknowledgement of receipt of the event
  • Follow the established process for the identification of events that require filtering. Documenting and assigning requests for event filtering in the case management.
  • Follow an established process for transmitting event investigation data to the appropriate point of contact, whether that point of contact is an external client or an internal resource. Report on recurring problems and issues discovered during your duties.
  • Responsible for driving the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for statistical threats.
