Job Specification:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT/network-related roles (internships or project experience also welcome)

  • Bachelor's degree (S-1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunication with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a reputable university

  • Basic understanding of IP routing and networking concepts

  • Exposure to or experience with networking devices such as Cisco or Aruba (training or lab experience is acceptable)

  • Familiarity with basic scripting or programming (e.g., Shell script, bash, or similar)

  • Having or working toward an Associate-level network certification (such as CCNA, JNCIA) is preferred

  • Interest or experience in supporting network design and solution proposals (presales)

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and develop new skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Able to work under deadlines and manage tasks with limited supervision

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of service provider or enterprise networking environments is a plus

Job Description: 

  •  Provide presales technical support on network solutions.
  • Work closely with the customer, sales team, product vendors and service partners to prepare Bill of Material (BOM).
  • Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Keep up-to-date on new products and solutions.
  • Perform proof of concepts (POCs) when required.
  • Ensure an appropriate and efficient hand-over from pre-sales to the operation/delivery teams.Menguasai alat test psikologi dan interpretasinya (WISC, Warteg, EPPS, 16pf, dll).
