Detail Pekerjaan

Job Specification:

  • Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from reputable university with a minimum IPK of 3.0, 3 years of working experience as engineer is a plus
  • Deep knowledge in F5 WAF and Web Application Security
  • Familiar with mobile/web application and iRules is a plus
  • Holding minimum F5-Certified Administrator (201), F5-CTS (301 or 303) certification is preferable
  • Minimum 3 years experience in security technology deployment
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Fluent in English, good communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in
  • line with a broad plan, or strategy.
  • Leadership, teamwork, commitment, and service excellence personal qualities

Job Description: 

  1. Report to Team Leader

    The role shall cover:
    For Maintenance-based:
    • Support for troubleshooting problems in PSI customer.
    • Also support for change request in customer network.
    • Including reporting, documentation and standby monitoring.
    • Support for Onsite Resident Engineer on PSI Customer Site (24x7 rotating shift basis)
    • Able to work at any shift (1st shift / 2nd shift / 3rd shift)
    • Willing to work on weekends & public holiday
