Job Description:

Team Development & Facilitation:

1. Lead high-impact agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews that drive continuous improvement.
2. Coach cross-functional teams to break down complex tasks into manageable user stories with accurate effort estimations.
3. Facilitate effective collaboration between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.

Leadership & Strategic Implementation:

1. Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness.
2. Partner with senior management to ensure top-down adoption of agile best practices.
3. Develop and execute agile strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance delivery efficiency.

Process Improvement & Metrics:

1. Implement comprehensive metrics and objective measures to track team progress and performance.
2. Conduct regular team maturity assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Identify and remove systemic barriers using systems thinking approaches.

1. Design and deliver targeted training programs and workshops to build agile capabilities throughout the organization.
2. Foster an agile mindset and culture of continuous improvement across all levels.
3. Clearly communicate agile principles and practices to cultivate organization-wide understanding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach with demonstrated success stories.
• Proficiency in multiple agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven track record implementing agile techniques across diverse organizational cultures.
• Experience coaching teams in large enterprise environments.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong competency with agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps.
