Job Description:

• Majoring in IT or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on back-end development.
• Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in modern front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expert-level at least One front-end frameworks: Next JS. Nuxt JS etc.
• Intermediate-level at least One front-end frameworks: Next JS. Nuxt JS etc.
• Mastery of TypeScript and component-based architecture.
• Mastery in CSS frameworks: TailwindCSS, Material UI, Bootstrap.
• Strong knowledge of state management solutions: Redux, Zustand, Vuex, or similar.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Expertise in front-end build tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel, and optimization techniques.

• Expert-level at least One backend Framework and one Backend Languages (Laravel, Express.js, Flask etc.)
• Intermediate-Level at least One backend Framework and one Backend Languages (Laravel, Express.js, Flask etc.)
• Deep understanding of scalable system architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Expertise in RESTful API, GraphQL, and API gateway management.
• Mastery of both SQL & NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Proven experience in database optimization, indexing, partitioning, and query tuning.
• Proficient in ORMs: Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM, Mongoose, etc.
• Strong knowledge of authentication & authorization: OAuth, JWT, RBAC, SSO.
• Experience with message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Pub/Sub.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  

• Expertise in unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Proficient in testing frameworks both for Back-End and Front-End at least one : Jest, Mocha, Cypress, - Playwright, Php Unit Test, Pest etc.
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing & code quality tools.
• Strong debugging & performance monitoring (APM) experience.
  

• Ability to architect and design scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
• Proven experience guiding technical teams, leading code reviews, and enforcing coding standards.
• Proactive in identifying technical risks and proposing strategic solutions.
