About the role

Customer Service professional with experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) to join our team in Yogyakarta, handling tickets related to Maps Ops Location Selection with 100% accuracy for Location Selection, POI and other Maps Ops Related.

  • Handle tickets related to Maps Ops Location Selection with 100% accuracy for Location Selection, POI and other Maps Ops Related

About you

  • Minimum S1/D3 or bachelor's degree from Geography/Tata Kota etc related major
  • Experience as a Customer Service representative or in a related role
  • Ability to understand and interpret GIS (Geographic Information System) data
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with targets and a strong customer service orientation
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday
  • Residing in or willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
