Job Description :
- Handling customer's complain and give information by Live Chat/Voice and/Email
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.
Requirements :
- Educational Background Min D3 all literature
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Active and Good communication in English
- Willing to work on shifting
