We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within the organization, providing timely and effective support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Requirements:

  • D3, D4 or S1 (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
  • Understanding basic IT knowledge.
  • Have a good communication skill (written and verbal).
  • Have basic knowledge and skills related to Linux operating systems and networking.
  • Those selected to operate a data center as a DCO must be willing to work in 24/7 shift mode.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and solve problems related to end user devices such as PCs, Notebooks and Printers along with the operating system and supporting software.
  • This position will carry out the role of IT Helpdesk, IT Field Support or DCO which will be determined later based on the results of technical tests and interviews.
  • WFO in Jakarta.
