Schoters by Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company that provides a one-stop solution for study abroad preparation. We aim to leverage the quality of education for the young generations (including you) so they have a broader play-field than ever.

 

We are currently opening vacancies for several positions in the academic & operations team:

  • Academic Officer (Study Abroad)
  • Academic Officer (English Tutoring)
  • Academic Officer (International Test Preparation, e.g. SAT, GMAT, A-Level)
  • Academic Officer (Work Abroad Academy), preferably with Deutsche Literature background
  • Academic Operations Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and execute academic programs.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of academic team’s activities.
  • Support tutors and students by addressing inquiries related to academic processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records and data.
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows within the academic sphere.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of tutoring policies and procedures.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and tutors..
  • Stay updated with trends in education and suggest innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

 

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and software for data management.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and evolving educational setting.
  • Passion for contributing to students' academic success.
  • Scholarship hunter is a plus point.
